NO SURPRISES!

My overall experience with this program has been very pleasant. I can attribute the majority of that to the fact that I knew exactly what to expect. When Elvis came to my home to do an audit he thoroughly explained what he was there to do, what the next steps in the process were, who would be coming to my home etc...  His explanations and answers to all of our questions were so helpful. The best part about this entire project is that there were NO SURPRISES! Thank you!
