Blower Door Testing

If you need blower door testing for a new or existing home, we can provide that for you.  In cases where you need a certificate, we can provide that right after the blower door test.

Process:  

Once at the appointment, our technician will close all windows and doors, and setup his blower door.  He will run the blower door at -50 Pascals, which is the standard, required by code.  The home must be sealed good in order for the test to be passed.  Assuming everything is good, we will provide you a certificate immiditely so that you can satisfy the city requirment.
